A FREE AFTERNOON CLINIC is being offered again this year, February through April, by the Free Clinic at 123rd and Euclid Ave. Physicians and Physicians-in-training will be available to provide women with personalized service for PAP tests, treatment of vaginal diseases and Infections, birth control, pregnancy testing, and other women's medical needs. To schedule an appointment, Interested women should call the Free Clinic at 721-4010 and ask for Sherry.
A WORKSHOP SERIES on HOW HUMAN SERVICE ORGANIZATIONS CAN BETTER MANAGE IN A CHANGING WORLD, co-sponsored by the WomenSpace Coalition in cooperation with the Federation for Community Planning will begin March 1. The workshops, which are designed for leaders of organizations concerned with developing organization and financial stability, will run 9:15 to 12:00 on Wednesday mornings, except the second workshop which will meet on Tuesday. Persons are encouraged to attend more than 1 session. The cost of $5.00 per session, $25.00 for six sessions, $35.00 for all nine sessions. Written materials will be guaranteed for all who register in advance of a session, but Individuals may pay at the door. It is requested that organizations limit themselves to three represen tatives. Scholarships have been made available for those with limited incomes.

It is a listing of Individual women, the skill offered and a contact phone number. All business negotiations are handled between the Individuals listed and those who need the skill. This listing acts simply as a source of information. This second editition is scheduled for publication in March.

CARNIVAL, the hit Broadway musical by Merrill and Stewart, will be presented by the Jewish Community Center Youth Department and Cultural Arts Department May 9, 11 and 12 (Thursday, Saturday and Sunday) In the Blanche R. Halle Theater of the Center, 3505 Mayfield Road. A cast of Junior and Senior High School and college students will be under the direction of Fred Sternfeld. She was emphatically told by table pounding Susan "We want this to be a class, genteel joint." Patty was further. amazed to find that the bar had hired Melinda as the token straight woman. A gasping, coughing Melinda underwent an identity crisis after witnessing two women hugging. A woman counselor was called for and Barb answered the call, proving her credentials by displaying the large letter "C" on her tee shirt. All turned out well when Melinda announced that though she was still straight, she was not upset by women hugging.
The music of the evening was supplied by Pat Mayne who did several of her own songs and the Music Support Group (Sally, Christine, Betsy, June, with Dianne as interpreter). One of the songs the Music Support Group performed was Sally Pirtle's "Vampire Mama.' Women Speak Out for Peace and Justice, American Friends Service Committes, Clergy and Lalty Concerned, and the American Civil Liberties Union are sponsoring a FESTIVAL OF FILMS FOR SOCIAL CHANGE during February. On February 22, the films will be Free to be You and Me, Women of the World, and Miss, Mrs. or Ms. What's It All About. A SPECIAL LEADERSHIP TRAINING SESSION will be held for members of WomenSpace on Saturday, March 18, all day. The leaders will be Mary Ann Huckabay, Iris Bishop and Karen Ouay of Bishop, Huckabay and Quay Associates. The workshop will have two central emphases:
1) The Individual as leader
-identifying the range of leadership skills
-exploring existing and potential styles of leadership for each participant 2) Organizational aspects of leadership
--how particular leadership styles enhance or limit the organization's effectiveness
--ways in which organizational structures Influence the kind of leadership possible
This session is a pilot program that may become a series if response is good. The fee is $25.00. Lunch is included. Full or partial scholarships are available.
THE 5TH ANNUAL CHAMPAGNE BUFFET in honor of Cuyahoga County elected women will be held February 25, 12:30-2:30 p.m., at Trinity Cathedral Hall, E. 22nd and Euclid Ave. Sponsored by the Cuyahoga Women's Political Caucus, the Buffet Lunch is open to the public but reservations are necessary. CLEVELAND WOMEN WORKING, a membership organization for women office workers, is in the process of compiling Its fifth Worlding Women's Buying Guide. The guide is being distributed as a service to women in the Cleveland area to use as a source to consider when shopping, dining and fulfilling cultural and recreational needs. It will be made up of advertisers sympathetic to women's needs and concerns. Thus the guide will be mutually beneficial.
A special section for women-owned business and organizations that specifically service women will be featured.
Prices range from $100 for a full page to $30 for a quarter page ad. There are also special Patron rates at $10.00 and a section for our Male Supporters (entitled "male centerfold").
